THE PROCESS
FIVE SIMPLE STEPS
CHOOSE YOUR TRAILER
Browse our fleet and pick the trailer that fits your vehicle, load, and hauling requirements. Not sure which one? Check the specs on our Fleet page or give us a call.
We currently offer two car and equipment haulers — the 2021 Miska Deluxe (drop-deck, 7,000 lb GVWR) and the 2017 Big Tex 70CH. Both are equipped with electric brakes, wheel straps, and GPS monitoring.
REQUEST YOUR RENTAL
Submit your booking request through our contact form. Provide your rental dates, trailer choice, driver information, and tow vehicle details.
We'll confirm availability and send you a rental agreement to review and sign before pickup. A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup — $400 for the Miska Deluxe or $300 for the Big Tex 70CH. Credit card accepted with no deposit required.
PICK UP OR GET IT DELIVERED
Pick up your trailer at our York Region location or arrange delivery and pickup for an additional fee.
Delivery fees are calculated based on total kilometres travelled to and from your location. Before departure, you and our team will complete a full walkaround inspection together — documenting the trailer's condition so everything is clear for both parties.
HAUL WITH CONFIDENCE
Load your vehicle or equipment, secure your load properly, and you're on your way.
Wheel straps are included with every rental. Chains and binders are available on request for an added fee. Race ramps are available on request for each unit, If anything unexpected happens during your rental, contact us immediately.
RETURN THE TRAILER
Return the trailer at the agreed time and location. After-hours drop-off is available — see the drop-off instructions below.
The trailer must be returned in the same condition it left in. Once the trailer is inspected and cleared, your security deposit is refunded. If you need to extend your rental, contact us before your return time.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
All renters must meet the following requirements before picking up a trailer.
- Driver must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Tow vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer
- Working electric brake controller installed in tow vehicle
- Vehicle and trailer combination must comply with applicable weight limits
- Signed rental agreement
- Refundable security deposit — $400 (Miska) or $300 (Big Tex), or credit card with no deposit required
- Completed walkaround inspection before departure
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is held at pickup to cover any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The deposit is $400 for the Miska Deluxe and $300 for the Big Tex 70CH. We accept credit card — if you pay by credit card, no cash deposit is required. Your deposit is returned once the trailer is inspected and cleared at drop-off.

Damage during a rental or after-hours drop-off? Use this form to document and submit photos directly to us.
INCIDENT DURING RENTAL
If damage or an unsafe condition occurs, stop operating the trailer and contact us immediately. Then use this form to submit photos.
AFTER-HOURS DROP-OFF
Dropping off outside business hours? Submit photos of the trailer condition and note the drop-off time so we have a documented record.
